My interest in real estate started when I was 19. My mom and I invested in a condo together. My interest rate at that time was 13% because the bank took a risk on lending to a very young investor.
Over the years I worked in management roles, marketing and customer service and also gratudated from BCIT in marketing management.
In 2010 I wanted to work in the real estate industry and joined Portrait Homes Ltd. where I worked in the sales showhome to feature new single family homes. We worked with clients from the purchase of their home to move-in.
I also worked on the construction side within the new development as site coordinator. I had the opportunity to work with the site superintendent and trades.
Having built our last 2 developments, I then joined Royal LePage as an independent realtor.
The majority of my business has been built from referrals and that is important to me because it means I have delivered a level of service that clients are talking about.
I am not a high pressured agent. Upon my first meeting with clients I let them know real estate is a process that often takes time. It can be years between thinking about buying or selling to being ready to make a move.
I work with you throughout the entire process however long the process is. Whether you are buying or selling a mobile home, condo, townhome, single family home, I will work with you every step of the way.
I look forward to beginning the process with you.
